Royal Dress Code
From December 7th through December 9th, Prince William and Duchess Kate will visit New York City. During their three-day trip, they will visit the September 11th memorial, go to a basketball game with Beyonce and Jay-Z, as well as take part in the Metropolitan Museum of Art for the University of St. Andrews’ 600th anniversary dinner. Prince William will also venture to Washington D.C. to attend an anti-corruption conference at the World Bank. But before they head over, Buckingham Palace released a statement on what attire should, and should not be worn when in the presence of the couple. It said:
"Journalists wishing to cover royal engagements, whether in the United Kingdom or abroad, should comply with the dress code on formal occasions out of respect for the guests of The Queen, or any other member of the Royal Family…Smart attire for men includes the wearing of a jacket and tie, and for women a trouser- or skirt-suit. Those wearing jeans or trainers will not be admitted and casually dressed members of the media will be turned away. This also applies to technicians."
Many American reporters fired back at the statement, quick to blast the silly Royal dress code. Some even promised to wear fart t-shirts and sneakers! What are your thoughts on the dress code?

Instead of focusing on sales, NASA is holding their second annual #BlackHoleFriday, where they use the day after Thanksgiving to inform the public on Black Holes. According to NASA, “A black hole is a region in space where the pulling force of gravity is so strong that light is not able to escape. The strong gravity occurs because matter has been pressed into a tiny space. This compression can take place at the end of a star's life. Some black holes are a result of dying stars."
